1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your premium floor coverings to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Showroom Pickup (Free): You are always welcome to collect your order directly from our showroom in Saddar, Rawalpindi.

  • Local Delivery (Rawalpindi/Islamabad): We offer specialized handling and delivery within the twin cities, typically within 24–48 hours.

  • Nationwide Shipping: For customers outside the twin cities, we ship via traceable, high-quality courier services.

    • Timeline: Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days.

    • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Inspection upon Receipt: We strongly recommend inspecting the packaging upon delivery. If the external packaging is significantly damaged, please note it with the courier and contact us immediately.

2. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-sized or personalized carpets made specifically for your space.

    • Items purchased during clearance sales or under special discount offers.

    • Carpets that show signs of wear, stains, or damage after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1.Contact Our Team:

2.Repack Securely:

Properly roll and wrap the carpet in its original plastic/protective packaging. Inadequate packaging that leads to damage during transit will void the return.

3.Ship to Showroom:

Send the item via a traceable courier service at your own expense to our address: Inam Carpets, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Ensure you keep the tracking receipt.

4. Refunds & Fees

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.

  • Deductions:

    • Initial delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    • A restocking fee may apply if the item requires professional re-cleaning or specialized re-rolling.

  • Original Payment: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as agreed upon.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item or a carpet that does not match your order:

  1. Take clear photos of the defect immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
