2. Product Accuracy and Variations
At Inam Carpets, we specialize in hand-knotted and handmade products.
Unique Nature: Because our carpets are handmade, slight variations in color, weave, and size (up to 3-5%) are normal and are considered a hallmark of authenticity rather than a defect.
Digital Display: We make every effort to display the colors of our carpets accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately reflect the true color of the product in your home’s lighting.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
Payment: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Showroom & In-Store Purchases
For customers visiting our Saddar, Rawalpindi showroom:
Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect carpets thoroughly before purchase.
Custom Orders: Specialized or custom-sized carpets require a non-refundable deposit of
[50%]at the time of the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services within Rawalpindi/Islamabad and across Pakistan.
Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Inam Carpets are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (such as our Pakistani Olympia collection photos), is the property of Inam Carpets and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inam Carpets shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Inam Carpets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Rawalpindi having exclusive jurisdiction.
